A booking website built around the salon's real services and schedule — clients book online, pay a deposit or the full amount, and receive confirmation, while the owner manages appointments from a simple admin view.
Context
An appointment-based hair and beauty studio whose entire schedule lived in phone calls and social media messages. Clients wanted to book quickly; the owner wanted fewer empty chairs and less admin between clients.
What wasn't working
Availability checks were manual, replies were slow during busy periods, and no-shows left empty chairs with little protection. Every booking took a conversation, and the calendar depended on memory and message threads.
The approach
We mapped how the salon actually takes bookings day to day, then designed a short customer flow that matches that process. The interface stays simple for clients on their phones, and the admin tools stay focused on the calendar rather than complex settings.
