Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created specifically for a client under a signed engagement belong to that client upon full payment. Our internal tools, frameworks, and pre-existing IP remain our property.
Payment terms
Payment terms, including schedule and invoicing cadence, are defined per engagement in the applicable statement of work.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeSpaC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CodeSpaC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
