Context
A restaurant whose guests wanted three things online: what's on the menu, when it's open, and whether they can order ahead — none of which had a reliable answer outside a phone call.
What wasn't working
Phone orders were easy to miss during busy service, and the restaurant had no reliable place to send people online. Menu questions and order requests interrupted exactly the moments when the team was busiest.
The approach
We started with what guests need in the first thirty seconds: what you serve, when you're open, and how to order. The ordering flow was kept practical for kitchen capacity rather than overcomplicated.
